Ontario Riders

Hey guys/girls. How many FZ riders are from Ontario.
I used to be in Ottawa, moved to Cornwall 5 minutes from the bridge to the US.

Sounds like a nice area. Did you ever do the Sport Bike Rally in Parry Sound? Friends of mine do it almost every summer. Few years ago took a drive up to Uxbridge on some business, made a mental note that there are some nice biking roads up that way but never made it, yet.
My area is nice as well, close to some nice roads. North I can go to Mt Tremblant or South Lake Placid or Vermont.

It is a nice area. We have a road called Lake drive that is beautiful. Very popular with car and bike clubs. Actually lots of nice roads real close. Never done the Parry sound rally but I forsee it going on the list this summer

Supposed to be a wild weekend there. Book early if you want a room. Don't know if I would camp, I like my warm bed and shower. My friends usually do a B&B but they are booked a year in advance. This summer better be nicer than last year. I lost riding time, had an operation beginning of June, got on bike near end of June but was too uncomfortable riding so was close to 3rd week of July before I could really ride again. Then I had to sell my house, look for a new place. All this really cut into my riding time.

Parry sound is only a couple hours from me. Might be doable to ride up for the day and check it out. If I dig it ride back up the next day.

That's true. Don't think it will be like Port Dover where it takes 3 hours to ride into town.
