Can this spot be use for a Front Stand attachment point?

Here are some pictures of what im talking about.
This is located just behind the front Forks Mounting Steering.
It is part of the frame.
How else would you take the steering bearing out to repack or replace?

I should of put a better description. The small hole that looks like a bracket on the frame of the bike behind the triple-tree. Not the Triple-Tree hole. The reason I ask is how would I do maintenance on the triple-tree like greasing the bearing.

Is this using that small bracket? If so, where did you get the correct PIN? What type of PIN did you use with the stand?

I also just made this tread about a possible engine front mount for lifting the bike here: https://www.fz-09forums.com/forum/yam...nd-engine.html

I have a stand that lifts by the hole in the centre of the steering stem. I'm pretty sure if you were to use something like that with a hollow tube rather than a pin it could slip over that lug quite nicely. You would of course have to use a paddock stand at the rear to stop the bike tipping over but the steering neck will be plenty strong enough to support the bike for doing triple trees
